Global Mastery
The 3-Phase Journey to Global Mastery
Our unique Taught Academy program guides students through a transformative, multi-stage process to discover strengths, refine skills, and achieve global acclaim.
• Objective: Encourage wide-ranging exploration and identify genuine interests and emerging talents across critical domains.
• Process: Students explore 100 meticulously curated options, equally divided across four core skill categories:
– Language Skills (25 options): Advanced Creative Writing, Public Speaking & Oratory, Debate & Argumentation, Foreign Language Immersion (e.g., Mandarin Basics, Spanish Cultural Studies)
– Arts (25 options): Digital Illustration & Graphic Design, Music
Composition & Production, Storytelling & Screenwriting,
Dramatic Arts & Performance.
– Technical Skills (25 options): Foundational Coding
(Python/Scratch), Introduction to Robotics, Data Literacy &
Analytics, Basic App Development, Game Design Principles
– Soft Skills (25 options): Leadership & Team Building, Advanced Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking & Analysis, Emotional Intelligence & Communication, Project Management Basics
– Selection: Students select 4 options from each category—totaling 16 skill areas for initial engagement and foundational training. This broad immersion allows comprehensive talent discovery.
• Objective: Refine selected skills and prepare students for advanced
competitive performance.
• Process: Based on Phase 1 performance, students advance to intensive training in 2 disciplines from each category, narrowing focus to 8 core disciplines. This phase includes expert-led coaching, advanced curriculum, and simulated competitive challenges to sharpen skills.
• Objective: Achieve elite mastery and secure prestigious global
recognition.
• Process: Students specialize further by selecting 1 discipline from each
category for top-level training and preparation. This culminates in
specialized mentorship, participation in advanced global competitions,
and attainment of internationally recognized certifications.
